HR Generalist

JobDesk :

1. Responsible for the selection and employment of high quality for organization either internal or external source
2. Responsible for providing learning and development (L&D) program that support organizational needs and enhance employee skill. 
3. Define a fair, competitive, and equitable compensation and benefit (CB) package that fits with organizational goals. 
4. Responsible for develop HR internal policies and employee administration. 
5. Responsible for managing manpower on-going administration. 
6. Responsible for GA matter.
7. Responsible to maintain company in compliance condition

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. 
2. Required skill(s): interview and selection, organization development plan, detailed oriented, payroll, Employee Relations, well understanding of UU No. 13/ 2013, expatriate working permit. 
3. Required language(s): English - At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
4. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. 
5. Full-Time position(s) available.
